Description

You will oversee multiple reconditioning lines at our Inspection Reconditioning Center, ensuring production, cost, and quality targets are met. Responsibilities include managing facilities, identifying bottlenecks, conducting root cause analysis, guiding site huddles, and executing continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Experience leading teams of 50+ associates
• Open to relocation nationwide or regionally
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 60 lbs, and work variable schedules

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for full shifts
• Manage facilities to meet production, cost, and quality targets in GM's absence
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency
• Conduct weekly performance reviews with senior leadership
• Guide daily site manager huddles and implement continuous improvement projects
