You'll design and build production-grade conversational AI agents for a platform that helps SMBs deploy AI employees. You'll own end-to-end technical delivery for client implementations, translating requirements into working systems. This is a hands-on role building agentic workflows that handle real users and complex integrations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build advanced AI agent workflows on n8n and proprietary platform
• Design and deploy conversational agents with multi-turn flows
• Own end-to-end technical delivery for customer implementations
• Debug complex production issues across agent logic and integrations

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a software or automation engineer
• Hands-on experience deploying voice agents (ElevenLabs, Retell, etc.)
• Experience with multi-turn conversation design and state management
• Proficiency in agentic architectures and workflow automation platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Understanding of RAG and LLM orchestration
• Telephony and streaming audio integration patterns
