You will define and own the strategy for product-led growth across the customer lifecycle, partnering with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to build self-serve experiences that drive trials, purchases, renewals, and expansions. Your work will directly impact the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of critical global industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of customer-facing product management experience.
• Proven ability to synthesize customer insights, data, and business needs into a clear product strategy.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end to ship products or features.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy and roadmap for product-led growth across trials, purchase, expansion, and renewals.
• Research customer needs, business goals, and product usage data to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Own delivery end-to-end from discovery through launch, iteration, and measurement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Finance) to align on goals and execution.
• Integrate experimentation into product development; run A/B tests to improve conversion, adoption, retention, and revenue.
