🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Google Workspace
• Execute technical onboarding and offboarding processes
• Perform hardware setup, assembly, and basic maintenance
• Provide technical support for software and hardware issues
• Register, categorize, and manage tickets in ticketing system

📋 Requirements

• Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Google Workspace administration
• Experience with hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
• Prior experience in Service Desk or Help Desk

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrum)
• Intermediate English (technical reading and writing)
