🎯 What You'll Do

• Turn CEO priorities into clear workstreams and timelines.
• Build and iterate on AI-assisted workflows for GTM and ops.
• Maintain visibility into account priorities and pipeline health.
• Help run structured hiring processes for high-priority roles.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a startup or high-velocity tech environment.
• Highly proactive and execution-oriented with attention to detail.
• Strong written communication from raw notes to exec-quality output.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and can produce useful output from vague prompts.
• Scrappy and resourceful with hands-on AI tool usage.

• MBA or equivalent business training.
• Consulting, investing, or enterprise GTM background.
• Exposure to Energy, industrials, infrastructure, or complex B2B software.
