🎯 What You'll Do

• Support US launch and brand strategy development
• Translate strategic imperatives into actionable tactical plans
• Drive key components of launch readiness and execution
• Partner with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and other functions

📋 Requirements

• Doctorate + 4 years or Master's + 7 years or Bachelor's + 9 years marketing experience
• 5+ years progressive commercial experience in biopharma/biotech
• Experience with product launches or major indication expansions, preferably in oncology
• Strong analytical mindset leveraging insights for decision making

• Oncology experience, especially prostate cancer
• Familiarity with specialty markets and novel therapeutic mechanisms
