You'll lead the end-to-end onboarding for new customers on a complex SaaS platform, ensuring successful adoption and value realization. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into effective system configurations while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation processes
• Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide customer setup
• Communicate onboarding requirements to customers and stakeholders
• Manage customer data migration for accuracy and completeness

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with clients including senior decision-makers
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical SaaS products
