💼 About This Role

You'll join Scion Group as a Facilities Technician, ensuring safety and functionality of student living properties. You'll handle maintenance and repair services, preventive tasks, and apartment turnovers. This role demands superior customer service in a fast-paced collegiate environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Log service requests and completed work in Entrata and CMMS systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on appliances, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and lighting.
• Inspect vacated apartments and document needed repairs for turnover.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and systems.

📋 Requirements

• High school/GED or trade school diploma
• 1-3 years of full-time general maintenance experience
• EPA 608 Type I certification
• Valid driver's license

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
• Computer skills including Entrata and CMMS
