💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new team members and assist with daily operations and sales targets. This role lets you blend your fandom knowledge with retail leadership in a fun, pop-culture-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

✨ Nice to Have

• Fandom knowledge in music and pop culture
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
