🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop new equipment and fixtures for manufacturing
• Improve current equipment for ergonomics, reliability, and production scale
• Lead root cause analysis for non-conforming equipment
• Manage equipment projects, including timelines and resource allocation

📋 Requirements

• BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5+ years experience
• Experience in medical device manufacturing environment
• Proficient in SolidWorks and mechanical design
• Ability to author and execute test protocols

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping
• Basic coding experience (Python, etc.)
• Experience with automated test solutions
