Description
You will own the health and success of enterprise customers from go-live through renewal and expansion, using data insights to track client health, mitigate churn risk, and collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive growth and product development.
Requirements
- 4+ years Customer Success Manager experience at a SaaS company with enterprise accounts
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail across multiple accounts
- Influence cross-functional teams (product, support, sales)
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- BA/BS degree
