You'll join a 10-week co-op to identify, test, and prototype AI applications across departments like Customer Service and Marketing. You'll turn ambiguous business problems into clear next steps by building small proofs of concept and documentation. This role offers hands-on experience in a supportive, people-first e-commerce company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities across teams
• Research and evaluate AI tools like LLMs and copilots
• Build and test prototypes such as prompt workflows
• Create documentation, playbooks, and run enablement activities

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree as rising Junior/Senior or Master's
• Interest in AI and curiosity about improving workflows
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly and experimenting
• Strong communication and analytical skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior hands-on experience leveraging AI in an internship or project
• Experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, or automation tools
• Familiarity with LLMs and prompt design
