Description

As an Account Executive, you'll manage client accounts, lead strategic planning and renewal processes, and build strong carrier relationships to deliver superior service. You'll analyze claims data, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance with regulations while supporting client education and enrollment.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Intermediate knowledge of underwriting practices
  • Experience in client relationship management and benefits consulting
  • Knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA, and S125 regulations
  • Licensing requirements compliance and continuing education

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and consultation for client benefit programs
  • Plan and direct renewal process, negotiate rate renewals, recommend carrier changes
  • Develop strong carrier and vendor relationships to support negotiation and advocacy
  • Develop and deliver client communications, including presentations on benefits legislation and trends
  • Complete annual Stewardship Reports and quarterly Claims Utilization Reviews
