In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to develop and execute talent strategies, coach managers, and drive initiatives in performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement. You'll work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your insights have immediate impact on a growing company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
  • At least 5 years of HR, Talent Development, or related field experience
  • At least 2 years partnering with senior leadership on talent initiatives and coaching managers
  • Experience with HR technology required
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders on talent strategy and roadmap for attraction, engagement, talent management, and development coaching
  • Serve as liaison between business leaders and People Operations teams (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, etc.)
  • Provide 1:1 coaching to department managers and leaders
  • Conduct talent needs assessment and develop solutions, translating strategy into milestones and goals
  • Drive talent initiatives and programs to improve talent processes and enhance employee experience
