You will support relationships with high-value strategic clients, ensuring satisfaction and product adoption. You'll partner with an Enterprise CSM to help business owners implement Podium's platform, manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, and focus on growth and retention metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years Customer Success experience
  • Working knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, Voice AI, automation)
  • Ability to identify and highlight customer ROI
  • Excellence in achieving net retention goals
  • Experience in professional services, managed services, or SaaS

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Enterprise CSM to help business owners implement Podium
  • Manage book of Strategic Enterprise customers
  • Oversee projects across departments to ensure customer progress
  • Analyze performance, troubleshoot challenges, design solutions
  • Assist in lifecycle management and reporting value of products
