You will support relationships with high-value strategic clients, ensuring satisfaction and product adoption. You'll partner with an Enterprise CSM to help business owners implement Podium's platform, manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, and focus on growth and retention metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years Customer Success experience
- Working knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, Voice AI, automation)
- Ability to identify and highlight customer ROI
- Excellence in achieving net retention goals
- Experience in professional services, managed services, or SaaS
Responsibilities
- Partner with Enterprise CSM to help business owners implement Podium
- Manage book of Strategic Enterprise customers
- Oversee projects across departments to ensure customer progress
- Analyze performance, troubleshoot challenges, design solutions
- Assist in lifecycle management and reporting value of products
