💼 About This Role

You'll supervise flowback operations and lead a shift crew to ensure safe, efficient equipment deployment. This role offers rapid growth in a fast-paced energy services environment with performance-based earnings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure flowback package has all required tools and spare parts per checklist
• Supervise rig up, operation, and maintenance of flowback equipment
• Monitor controls, record test data, and troubleshoot daily operations
• Perform shift change safety meetings and handovers with cross shift

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to supervise shifts of up to 3-4 crew members
• Computer literate
• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
