Description

You will lead the entity resolution platform, designing and implementing high-performance systems for financial crime detection. You'll manage a team of engineers, fostering growth and innovation, while collaborating with product and engineering leaders to deliver against the roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing and growing high-performing engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of engineering best practices (architecture, testing)
• Past or current experience in Python or strong understanding of software engineering at scale
• Experience with data-intensive applications and relational databases (e.g., Postgres, MySQL)
• Expertise designing and building microservices
