Description

You'll be the first point of contact for clients and sales representatives, providing expert support for Hibu's digital products. You'll troubleshoot issues, make updates, and ensure clients' online presence is optimized, all while helping small businesses succeed online.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience (call center or tech support preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to change
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and emails to resolve client and sales rep concerns
  • Support Hibu’s digital products (websites, online profiles, ads, SEO, social media)
  • Assist with updates and changes to digital products within guidelines
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using internal tools and documentation
  • Document interactions and follow up on open cases
