You'll play an active role in delivering and designing technology projects that transform how clients work, developing new digital products and services. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create journey maps, service blueprints, and design systems. You'll also facilitate workshops and set up inspiring design hypotheses for delivery teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate workshops and develop unique design strategies for products
• Apply research methods like contextual inquiry, user testing, and experiments
• Communicate and balance client and Thoughtworker expectations
• Extend expertise by supporting less-experienced designers

📋 Requirements

• Well-versed in experience design with specialities in at least three additional areas
• Comfortable leading research with methods like contextual inquiry and user testing
• Experienced storyteller able to present research findings to stakeholders
