💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end escrow/T&I accounting and servicing subledger integrity for a growing fintech lender. Your work directly impacts financial accuracy and investor reporting while driving process improvements in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and validate loan-level transactions in FICS using defined QA checks.
• Partner with Servicing team to research and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile servicing system activity to the general ledger on a routine basis.
• Own end-to-end T&I (escrow) process including reconciliations and exception management.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in loan accounting or servicing accounting.
• Experience with loan servicing systems (FICS preferred).
• Strong understanding of escrow/T&I accounting and reconciliations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).

• FICS experience.
• Experience with investor reporting.
• Ability to build processes from scratch in a high-growth environment.
