🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and scale programs that drive repeat physician participation
• Develop DocUpdate's insights strategy and survey engine
• Build a scalable advisory board network for HCPs
• Define how physicians interact with content across partner network
• Tie engagement metrics to commercial outcomes

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years in physician engagement, insights, or pharma programs
• Proven track record of driving HCP engagement
• Deep understanding of physician behavior
• Strong HCP engagement design skills
