You'll lead financial reporting for a high-growth legal AI startup, owning complex accounting decisions and audit-readiness. Your work will directly shape how we communicate financial results to leadership and external stakeholders. This role offers a rare mix of technical depth and strategic influence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end financial statements and disclosures
• Lead external audit strategy and execution
• Oversee complex technical accounting areas like stock-based compensation
• Drive SEC and public-company reporting readiness

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• U.S. GAAP expertise and audited financial statement preparation
• CPA required
• Experience supporting public-company readiness or SEC reporting

• Big 4 public accounting experience
• IPO readiness or public company experience
• Experience with Workiva or Oracle
