💼 About This Role

You'll empower a team of credentialed veterinary technicians and assistants as a Nursing Supervisor at Veterinary Emergency Group. You'll coach, mentor, and address team issues to maintain high care quality and morale. This role lets you shape hospital flow and culture in a fast-paced ER environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and mentor credentialed veterinary technicians and assistants at all levels
• Address team issues with clarity and care, protecting patients and team
• Collaborate with hospital leadership on performance and planning
• Manage nursing schedule, PTO requests, and daily coverage

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical veterinary nursing or technician role
• Ability to stand for prolonged hours, kneel, and work on the floor
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg on own and up to 40 kg with assistance
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
