Description

You will develop and automate precision machining processes for single-digit micron tolerance parts, using advanced CNC equipment and automation. This role involves driving projects from development to production, solving complex machining challenges, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years developing machining processes (planning, programming, machining)
• 5+ years using CNC mills and lathes
• 3+ years with automation (pallet pools, robot loaders)
• Basic understanding of GD&T and CMM results

Responsibilities

• Scope, develop, execute, and automate precision machining processes using 3/4/5 axis mills and multi-axis turning centers
• Design tooling, CAM programming, and prove out new product lines on tight timelines
• Proactively identify and resolve development/production blockers
• Transition development projects into production by defining and communicating manufacturing processes
• Maintain and troubleshoot defined processes in production
