💼 About This Role

You'll act as a de facto technical co-pilot to the founders, driving architecture and product direction. You'll own full-stack development of core product areas and leverage AI/LLMs to accelerate development. This role offers significant equity and the chance to work directly with founders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Leading full-stack development of core product areas from definition to production
• Acting as technical owner for major product parts, making architecture decisions
• Driving product discovery through user interviews and workflow mapping
• Leveraging AI/LLMs to power features and accelerate development

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of full-stack or product-focused engineering experience
• Proven track record of building and shipping products from 0→1
• Strong technical depth in modern frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend systems
• Deep interest in AI/LLMs with hands-on experience integrating them

• Experience in early-stage startups or high-autonomy roles
• Experience leading architecture in ambiguous environments
• Strong product intuition and user research skills
