You'll develop and grow relationships with strategic performance-based advertisers in Pinterest's Mid Market channel. Your primary focus is meeting revenue targets while driving client success and ad platform adoption. This velocity-based sales role combines performance advertising expertise with strategic partnership building.

• Retain and grow partner relationships to drive Pinterest revenue.
• Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Develop tailored media strategies to drive adoption of Pinterest ads.
• Identify and communicate new growth opportunities to expand partnerships.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience building long-term partnerships and negotiations.
• Performance-based ad sales background with lower funnel experience.
• Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders.
• Track record of meeting revenue goals and fostering partnership growth.
