Description

As a Director of Molecular Pathology, you will lead biomarker strategy and integrate spatial technologies to support translational research. You'll drive digital pathology adoption, analyze spatial biomarker data, and collaborate cross-functionally to inform clinical development of RAS(ON) inhibitors for cancer patients.

Requirements

• 10+ years in digital pathology/spatial biology within pharma, biotech, or CRO
• Deep knowledge of spatial biology (e.g., spatial transcriptomics, Visium, Xenium, GeoMx, MerFish)
• PhD/MD or equivalent in Cancer Biology, Translational Sciences, Pathology or related
• Proven ability to manage CRO relationships and deliver time-sensitive biomarker analyses
• Hands-on experience with spatial pathology workflows

Responsibilities

• Define and execute molecular and digital pathology-driven biomarker strategies
• Lead adoption of molecular pathology and spatial technologies
• Drive implementation of whole-slide imaging and AI/ML-based image analysis
• Provide expert interpretation of pathology data correlating with clinical outcomes
• Manage CRO relationships for spatial biomarker workflows
