💼 About This Role

You'll lead the creation of social-first video content for Zipline's channels. You'll capture real-time moments in the field and turn them into compelling short-form videos. This role requires end-to-end production from concept to final cut.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own social-first video production across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube
• Capture real-time moments in the field and create compelling content
• Manage video production logistics and post-production workflows
• Partner with Communications, Social, and Marketing teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years producing video content for social or digital platforms
• Proven ability to produce shoots in fast-moving environments
• Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and formats
• Strong storytelling instincts with an eye for moments and pacing

• Prior editing or color grading experience
• Experience with media relations and influencer collaborations
