💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health physical therapy to adult and geriatric clients in senior living communities. You'll make home visits to assess and treat clients, developing and implementing individualized care plans. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and the chance to work with a leading home health care provider.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility, strength, and balance.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and activities.

📋 Requirements

• Current NJ Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from an APTA-accredited program.
