You will lead complex commercial and technology transactions, draft and negotiate agreements, and serve as a strategic legal partner across teams to enable Armada's growth in edge infrastructure. This role offers high autonomy and impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• Experienced and business-minded Senior Counsel
• Strong independent ownership and deep domain expertise
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders on complex commercial and regulatory matters
• Proven track record in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including MSAs, reseller/partner agreements, DPAs, and public sector contracts
• Lead end-to-end negotiation strategy for high-value technology transactions
• Serve as strategic legal partner to sales, revenue, product, and compliance teams
• Independently manage high volume of deals with minimal oversight
• Design and implement scalable legal processes, templates, and playbooks
