💼 About This Role

You'll join Vonage's global support team, providing first-class technical support for real-time communication APIs and SDKs. You'll investigate and resolve technical issues, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to knowledge bases. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge video technologies at a cloud communications leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues related to customer API and SDK implementations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team to identify bugs and escalate to next-level support.
  • Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience in technical support, customer success, or technical account management in Telecom or SaaS
  • Experience supporting or implementing Video APIs or SDKs
  • Experience with IP-based real-time multimedia technologies (VoIP, SIP, RTP, WebRTC, WebSockets)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Programming languages: PHP, Python, Ruby, Node.js, JavaScript
  • iOS or Android development experience
  • Experience building applications using iOS, Android or JavaScript
