💼 About This Role

You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles at a fast-growing startup. You'll partner with hiring managers to build robust hiring processes and source top talent. This is a contract role where you can directly shape the recruiting function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and interview plans
• Source candidates via Greenhouse, job boards, social media, and LinkedIn
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the full interview process
• Process offers and conduct pre-employment screening

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with high volume positions
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
