Description

You will deliver vehicles to customers using custom car haulers, load and unload vehicles, complete paperwork, and ensure safe driving. This role combines customer service with physical tasks, contributing to Carvana's mission of making car-buying simple and enjoyable.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Must be able to obtain a Notary within 90 days
• Must meet state-specific licensing requirements
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Availability to work 7 days a week with rotating days off

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers using custom car haulers
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system
• Inspect car-hauler for safe operation
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record
