Description

You will conduct cutting-edge research in Machine Learning, with a focus on Code LLMs, Reasoning Models, Agentic Systems, and Reinforcement Learning. You'll publish in top-tier conferences, collaborate with research and engineering teams to translate research into practical solutions for commercial database products, and mentor intern researchers.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with specialization in Machine Learning
• Proven track record of impactful research publications in top-tier ML conferences and journals
• Post-PhD industry experience applying computer science concepts to large-scale software development is a plus
• Experience building research prototypes and conducting rigorous empirical studies
