💼 About This Role

You'll build IT systems for an AI-first company that deploys production-grade agents for the real economy. Your core impact is owning identity, devices, and security to enable rapid and secure scaling. You'll start as the sole IT owner and have the chance to build the function from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement centralized identity and access model across all systems
• Build automated onboarding and offboarding processes
• Own Mac-first endpoint management with MDM (Jamf/Kandji)
• Manage day-to-day IT operations including identity, devices, SaaS, and networking

📋 Requirements

• End-to-end IT ownership experience
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Jamf/Kandji, and endpoint security tools
• Proven ability to build scalable systems from messy processes
• Experience supporting a Mac-first, in-person company of 100-500 employees

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 readiness
• Familiarity with VPN/ZTNA (e.g., Tailscale) and SaaS provisioning workflows
• AI-first instincts and use of AI for automation
