Description

You will define and lead the quality automation strategy at Impiricus, owning the vision, architecture, and execution of automation across web, mobile, and API platforms. In this highly strategic and hands-on leadership role, you will build automation frameworks from scratch, embed quality across the SDLC, and lead a growing team of QA engineers.

Requirements

• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch
• Experience leading QA teams
• Expertise in test automation for web, mobile, and APIs
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Knowledge of CI/CD integration and modern testing methodologies

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise-wide QA automation strategy
• Establish scalable automation frameworks across web, mobile, and APIs
• Build culture where quality is embedded early and continuously in development lifecycle
• Define KPIs, quality metrics, and reporting frameworks for executive visibility
• Lead, mentor, and scale QA Automation team of 10+ engineers
