You'll own activation end-to-end, recovering stalled applicants and converting approved customers into paying policyholders. Your core impact is moving the highest-leverage stretch of the funnel through high-velocity experiments and product-led growth loops. You'll operate like a PM, think like a data scientist, and ship like an operator in a role that goes beyond campaign management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own lifecycle strategy for application drop-off recovery and ANA personalization
• Run a high-velocity experimentation program with 10+ tests per quarter
• Design in-product activation interventions partnering with Product and Engineering
• Translate quarterly OKRs into concrete execution plans for the lifecycle operations team

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth, or similar role
• Proven experience running high-velocity experimentation programs
• SQL proficiency for data analysis and segmentation
• Experience with CRM platforms like Iterable or Regal

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in insurance or fintech
• Familiarity with LLM-powered workflows and AI-native marketing
• Experience with product-led growth strategies
