Description

You will oversee clinical leadership in Assistive Care and Assistive Care State Programs, driving high-quality care and outcomes. Collaborate with senior leaders to define standards, develop clinical programs, and support growth. Travel required (~40%).

Requirements

• Current RN licensure with Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
• 10+ years’ experience in Home Care or Home Health with operational and clinical leadership
• Strong background in home care and personal care services for seniors
• Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor diverse clinical team
• Familiarity with state regulations, EMR systems, and data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

• Define standards and drive execution of high-quality care in AC/ACSP practices
• Interface with clinical leadership to develop effective clinical strategies
• Lead and support growth of AC/ACSP clinical programs
• Mentor and guide clinical leaders to promote professional development and retention
• Review, update, and develop clinical policies and best practices
