๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Direct oversight of CS managers, supervisors, and agents at outsourcing partners.
  • Lead, support, and collaborate with partners to meet performance targets.
  • Manage action plans for low performance and daily operations support.
  • Conduct regular touchpoints, performance reviews, and handle escalations.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer Service-related work experience.
  • 3+ years managing BPOs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in leading projects.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • International experience preferred.
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
