Description

You will be responsible for developing new products, materials, and processes, optimizing manufacturing processes, and analyzing defects in battery production. You will also maintain process data and improve yield rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in material, chemistry, mechanical science or engineering
• 3+ years lithium battery technology or product development experience
• Familiar with lithium battery manufacturing process standards
• Good team communication skills
