You'll lead the Global Account Management team for the DACH region at Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace. Your core impact is driving revenue retention and growth across multinational accounts through team development and cross-functional orchestration. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Coach and develop Global and National Account Managers.
- Lead forecasting reviews ensuring MEDDIC discipline and CRM accuracy.
- Partner with GAMs on complex negotiations and renewal strategies.
- Oversee global deployment across countries, removing operational blockers.
- Act as bridge between team and Ops, Legal, Finance, and Product.
📋 Requirements
- Proven track record coaching GAMs in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of multi-country enterprise sales cycles.
- Mastery of forecasting accuracy and CRM (Salesforce) discipline.
- Full professional fluency in English and German.
