As Visual Lead at ALO, you'll manage visual merchandising to drive store sales and profitability, overseeing floor sets, product presentation, and team execution. You'll collaborate with the Visual Manager to ensure alignment with brand directives and optimize the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, and supply management
• Maintain strategic product presentation through recovery, restock, and visual merchandising changes
• Plan visual floor changes with management team via payroll management and zone adaptation
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning to execution, meeting company expectations and timelines
