💼 About This Role

You'll architect and pilot a new governance model to ensure every product is optimized for market success from inception to end-of-life. You'll lead the Commercial Readiness Board to align Product, Finance, IT, and Sales for frictionless launches. This role offers high visibility and the chance to shape cross-functional processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operationalize the Commercial Readiness gate process end-to-end.
• Facilitate the Commercial Readiness Board for cross-functional Go/No-Go decisions.
• Define 'levels of commercial change' and translate needs into CPQ, ERP, and billing requirements.
• Establish and maintain a KPI dashboard for speed-to-market, defect rates, and revenue-at-risk.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex cross-functional programs in B2B technology.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and hands-on experience in at least two of: product launches, CPQ configuration, subscription/revenue management, or ERP fulfillment.
• Ability to drive consensus among senior stakeholders in Finance, Tax, IT, and Product.
• Adept at using data to define KPIs and build dashboards.
