💼 About This Role

You'll perform as Manager-on-Duty and supervise a team while supporting store operations. Your core impact is ensuring excellent customer service and leading team onboarding. This role offers eligibility for store bonus and free cookies every shift.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts
• Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members
• Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training
• Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff
• Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
• Ability to use MS Office, Word, and Applicant Tracking System
