💼 About This Role

You'll lead safety and compliance programs at an E-commerce Fulfillment Center, ensuring regulatory adherence and driving proactive safety culture. You'll coach teams, conduct audits, and partner with leadership to embed safety into daily operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own all safety and compliance programs for the FC
• Drive safety execution through floor presence and coaching
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Track and analyze safety performance metrics

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field
• OSHA 30 certification (or obtain within 1 month)
• 5-7 years of progressive safety experience in distribution or manufacturing
• Safety Committee program leadership experience

• Experience with FDA and USDA regulatory agencies
