You'll build and lead a centralized user acquisition function for multiple subscription-based digital products, defining global paid acquisition strategy across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok. You'll directly influence revenue growth and product scaling through data-driven decisions. This role offers global flexibility and a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and own end-to-end user acquisition strategy across all paid channels
- Build and manage a centralized UA department for multiple products
- Develop scalable processes, testing frameworks, and performance reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of UA Managers
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in performance marketing and user acquisition
- 3+ years in senior leadership role managing UA teams at scale
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar monthly paid media budgets
- Deep knowledge of paid platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with subscription-based D2C products
- Advanced analytical skills with SQL and Tableau
- Strong understanding of LTV:CAC models and attribution
