You'll build and lead a centralized user acquisition function for multiple subscription-based digital products, defining global paid acquisition strategy across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok. You'll directly influence revenue growth and product scaling through data-driven decisions. This role offers global flexibility and a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define and own end-to-end user acquisition strategy across all paid channels
  • Build and manage a centralized UA department for multiple products
  • Develop scalable processes, testing frameworks, and performance reporting
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of UA Managers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in performance marketing and user acquisition
  • 3+ years in senior leadership role managing UA teams at scale
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar monthly paid media budgets
  • Deep knowledge of paid platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with subscription-based D2C products
  • Advanced analytical skills with SQL and Tableau
  • Strong understanding of LTV:CAC models and attribution
