Description

In this high-impact leadership role, you will drive Appier's strategic investments in early-stage AI startups (Seed to Series A), leading the entire investment process from sourcing and due diligence to deal execution and portfolio management. You'll collaborate with C-level leadership and leverage deep market insights to unlock strategic growth opportunities for Appier.

Requirements

• 10+ years in venture capital or strategic investment with early-stage track record
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, especially in early-stage valuations
• Deep understanding of AI, advertising, and marketing technology
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Established network in global startup and VC communities

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investment process for early-stage startups (Seed to Series A)
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence including market analysis, financial modeling, and team evaluation
• Present investment recommendations to leadership and investment committee
• Negotiate investment terms and manage portfolio companies post-investment
• Build relationships with founders, VCs, and startup ecosystem players
