Description
You will lead CookUnity's corporate business unit, owning full P&L responsibility for revenue and margin growth. You'll develop and execute a GTM strategy, build and coach a sales team, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to scale workplace food solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, preferably in foodservice, proptech, or workplace benefits
- Proven track record of success owning P&L and scaling a business unit
- Expertise in selling to HR, People Ops, Facilities, and property managers
- Familiarity with employee benefits and workplace wellness programs
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a builder’s mindset
Responsibilities
- Own full P&L responsibility for the corporate vertical with aggressive revenue and margin growth targets
- Develop and execute GTM strategy per food service
- Build, lead, and coach a high-performing sales team (AEs, Key AEs, Account manager)
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers in HR, facilities management, and property management
- Design scalable sales playbooks for SMB automation and enterprise deals
