💼 About This Role

You'll lead daily operations in our Fulfillment Center in Sehnde, managing a team of over 100 warehouse employees. You'll balance operational shift leadership 3-4 days a week with strategic office work 1-2 days a week, driving performance and process improvements. This role combines hands-on leadership with the opportunity to shape logistics at an innovative tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of 100+ warehouse employees
• Manage daily shift operations and ensure performance targets
• Drive process optimization and improvement projects
• Balance operational shift work with strategic office tasks

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar; or 2+ years of shift leadership experience
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead during peak times
