🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy production AI use cases with significant business impact
• Build state-of-the-art GenAI applications for consumer and industrial clients
• Collaborate on complex customer projects involving fine-tuning and LLM applications
• Engage in pre-sales calls to understand client needs and provide technical guidance

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English
• PhD or Master in AI/data science or equivalent self-made experience
• 7-10+ years as technical IC on AI-based products
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs and building advanced RAG or agentic systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Contributions to open-source LLM projects
• Experience as Forward Deployed Engineer or Staff Data Scientist
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and AI deployment
